    Since our registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission on July 12, 2002, and our designation as Capital Market Consultants by the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 22, 2006, we have risen to serve many of Nigeria’s foremost organizations with distinction.

    The firm is led by Moshood Shehu Esq, who serves as the Managing Counsel.

    Presently, MS&A Legal operates as a comprehensive law firm, delivering full legal services to prominent organizations across various sectors, including maritime, oil and gas, energy, banking, telecommunications, agriculture, and manufacturing within the Nigerian economy.

    The firm conducts its business from a purpose-built office, equipped with a fully stocked library. Its team comprises ten full-time counsel, three associates, and eight support staff members
