MS&A Legal (previously Moshood Shehu & Associates) was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission on 12 July 2002 as a firm of Legal Practitioners and with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Capital Market Consultants on 22 December 2006. It is today a full-fledged firm providing comprehensive legal services to leading organizations in the maritime, oil and gas, energy, banking, telecommunications, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors of the Nigerian economy. The firm acts as company secretaries to several major Nigerian companies including a foremost manufacturing public limited liability company. The firm is headed by Moshood Shehu Esq as the Managing Counsel. The firm operating from a purpose-built office with a fully stocked library, has 11 full-time counsel, 4 associates with 8 support staffers.
